If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order 14 days prior to the training without giving any reason for doing so.

Cancellations have a specific time frame of 14 days prior to the scheduled training before which participants can cancel their registration and receive a full refund.

Cancellation between 13 days and 1 day prior to the training are eligible for a partial refund. However cancellations on or after the date of the training will not be eligible for a refund.

Conditions for Returns

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation and obtaining a refund, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your cancellation request which is acceptable to Us. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
